Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 August 2026

1. Service description

DunningJet is a software-as-a-service application that automates payment recovery and dunning management for subscription businesses. The service connects to your payment processor through Stripe Connect and sends recovery notifications to your customers by email, SMS and WhatsApp, including secure links where they can update their payment method.

These terms are entered into between you (the "Customer") and DunningJet (the "Company"). Company details, registered address and registration number are available on request from our support team.

2. No guarantee disclaimer

DunningJet provides tools that assist in recovering failed payments. We do not guarantee that any specific invoice, or 100% of invoices, will be collected. Recovery outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your customers' banks, card issuers, and their willingness to update payment details.

3. User responsibilities

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have lawful consent and a valid legal basis to send recovery SMS, WhatsApp and email notifications to your end customers, including compliance with applicable marketing, telecoms and data protection laws (such as GDPR, TCPA and local carrier requirements).

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you configure in message templates, for maintaining the security of your account credentials, and for the lawful use of any third-party credentials you connect.

4. Third-party services

DunningJet integrates with third-party providers to deliver the service, including Stripe (payment processing and OAuth account connection) and Twilio (SMS and WhatsApp messaging). Your use of those providers is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages or policy decisions made by these providers.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DunningJet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or damages arising from third-party service downtime or failure. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to DunningJet in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, with an additional success fee on successfully recovered revenue as described on our pricing page. Trials require a valid payment method upfront and convert automatically unless cancelled.

7. Termination

You may disconnect your Stripe account or cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or use the service unlawfully.
